These official conditions specify access rights to the WireNews digital reporting services. By entering, reading, or purchasing subscriptions on this site, you accept these terms in full under the legal jurisdiction of South Africa.
WireNews provides editorial content, daily morning newsletters, investigative archives, and customizable premium subscription packages (collectively "Services"). We maintain absolute editorial independence over all publications.
Fees are processed recurringly in South African Rand (ZAR) on a monthly basis. All premium sales are processed via certified, secured gateways. Users can cancel active accounts inside their web configurations at any moment, stopping future billing loops immediately without cancellation penalties.
The original graphic formats, text reports, investigative documents, and proprietary SVG logs are the exclusive intellectual assets of WireNews (Pty) Ltd. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive license for personal reading and reference only. Syndication of our materials requires written permission from our Cape Town offices.
Users agree not to scrape, systematically extract, re-distribute, or aggregate our investigative journal entries without prior licensing. High-frequency digital scraping tools are explicitly blocked.
While our team cross-checks all available documents before drafting articles, WireNews presents its reports "as is" without explicit performance guarantees. The financial analyses or infrastructural insights are provided strictly for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice.
To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, WireNews (Pty) Ltd, its editors, and reporting correspondents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from information retrieved on this site.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes rising from these publications or digital transactions will be referred to competent courts in the city of Cape Town.
